The meeting was called to order by Karl Urshel No business was discussed, Karl announced that 17 new large fowl coops were ordered and 50 new stands at a cost to the club of $928.92
The next meeting will be on February 7, 2010, at 3:00 p.m.

Meeting called to order at 3:21 p.m. by:
President Urshel
Karl passed out hard copies of the Membership list to those without computer and
those who could not open the pdf file he attached to the 12/03/09 email.

in regards to the 3rd axel for the large trailer as discussed in the October 4,
2009 meeting it was decided that it is not possible. (Joe Hodgin)
The Cape Fear show is February 6, 2010, at the Johnston County Livestock Arena,
Smithfield, NC.
Discussion on holding a double show in the spring show - or - A spring and
fall show.
Karl explained that a Double Show is one where the birds are judged twice (by
different judges) in the same day.
Spring show date April 10, 2010 - Motion to hold a Single (regular) Spring show
Motion by Ron Washburn, 2nd by Joe Hodgin. Motion PASSED
Fall Show - Motion to hold the Fall Show as a Single (regular) show on November
13, 2010. Motion by Larry Poole, 2nd by Ron Washburn - Motion PASSED

setup or takedown the show will be allowed to enter 10 birds, from their family
group, free. They will pay the
regular entry fee for the rest of their birds.

Meeting called to order at 3:05 p.m. by: President Urshel
There were no meeting in January 2010 the first Sunday was new years weekend.
Members in attendance:

We went over the schedule for the show set up. Starting on April 7, at 4:00 p.m. We will go out to eat when completed.
Call in entries for the show will be taken by Christina on March 29, 30, and 31 also April 1. No entries will be taken on April 2 as this is good Friday and none take on Sunday as this is Easter Sunday.
Change in the Meeting schedule as follows;
March meeting will be on the 14th as the President and Vice President will be out of town at a show in Delaware. The April meeting will be at the close of the show on April 10. This will be a working meeting. the May meeting scheduled for the 2nd of May was canceled due to elections in Guilford County and the area we use for meetings is also a polling place and the board of elections took the space away from us. We could not have it on May 9th as this Sunday is Mothers Day. So the meeting was scheduled for May 16th. The June meeting and annual cook out is set for June 19th.
We will not have a meeting in July. We return to the regular schedule in August.
Karl reviled the Judges for the Spring show... Larry Mac Hovis, North Carolina AND Michael Wasylkowski, Delaware.
